Privacy notice

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Short, because we collect very little.

No tracking, no cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change goes live.

The contact form

If you write to us, we process the name, work email address, optional company name, the topics you select and the message you write. We use them for one purpose only: to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare an engagement.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

The message is delivered by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) acting as our processor, and lands in a Google Workspace / Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. If the enquiry becomes a contract, the retention period of the contract applies instead.

Server logs

Our web server and Cloudflare record technical data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with anything else or used to profile you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Write to the email address in the legal notice and we will answer within 30 days.

You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, [email protected]).

Client projects

This notice covers this website only. When we build systems for a client, that client is the controller of the data in them and we act as processor under a separate data processing agreement.
